I’m Ahmed from Al Ain (UAE) and I’ve been trading FX majors and a bit of gold on a Standard account for about 6 months. Overall, the trading conditions have been good for my style (mostly intraday). Spreads on EUR/USD felt consistently tight during London session and I didn’t notice anything weird with fills on normal market conditions. Deposits landed fast for me and the funding steps were straightforward. Withdrawals did go through, but the process felt a little less “instant” than the deposit side—I had one withdrawal that took longer than I expected and I had to double-check the status in the client portal. Support was polite and answered my questions about account setup and trading hours quickly. My main complaint (not a serious one) is the client area UX: a couple of pages felt slow and I had to refresh once or twice to see updated balances. If they polish the portal, I’d be comfortable giving 5 stars.

Execution on MT4 felt snappy during normal hours and the spreads were consistently tight compared to what I was used to before. Deposit was straightforward and credited quickly. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that the account portal/UI felt a bit clunky on mobile and I had to double-check where certain settings and documents were. Also, during one busy news session I noticed a bit more spread widening than I expected (not crazy, just noticeable). Support was polite and answered my questions clearly, but the first reply took longer than I hoped. Once they responded, it got sorted without back-and-forth. Net-net: good value for day-to-day trading, just room to polish the portal experience and response times.
