I’m Rohit from Mumbai and I’ve been trading on Darwinex for about 6 months, mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD with small position sizes and occasional news trades. What I like: execution has been consistent for me, and the overall platform + reporting feels more “institutional” than the typical retail broker setup. Spreads were generally competitive during liquid hours, and I didn’t notice random spikes outside major events. What I don’t like: the signup/verification and account setup felt slower than I expected, and some of the account details/settings were not very intuitive at first. I also wish deposits were a bit more straightforward with clearer ETA messaging. Withdrawals worked, but the timeline was not the fastest—I had to plan ahead instead of expecting same/next-day processing. Support was helpful and polite, though replies sometimes came after a few hours. Execution has been consistent on my end (mostly major FX pairs) and I haven’t had any random platform freezes. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the onboarding/verification phase. It wasn’t terrible, but it took longer than I expected and I had to resend one document because of formatting. After that, day-to-day trading has been smooth. Deposits were straightforward via bank card/bank transfer methods available to me, and withdrawals arrived, but one of them took an extra business day compared with the estimate. Support was polite and clear, just not always immediate during peak hours.

Good spreads and clean execution, support could be faster

Trading from Nagpur for about 1 year on a Standard account. I deposited using UPI (via bank transfer route) and the money reflected within a few hours on the same day. I mostly trade EURUSD, USDJPY and occasionally US30 during US session. Execution is clean and I didn’t face any major requotes. Spreads are decent for a retail trader, especially on majors. Withdrawals: I have withdrawn twice to my bank account. First one came in 2 working days, second took 3 working days (still acceptable). The only issue is support response time—email replies can take a day, and the answers feel a bit templated. Overall I’m satisfied and will continue, but they should improve support speed and make fees/conversion charges more transparent.
