Simple platform, decent execution, but fees need to be clearer

I’m Sara from Sharjah and I’ve been using SimpleFX on a Standard account for about 6 months, mainly for FX majors and a bit of gold. The platform is straightforward and the charts load quickly, which matters when I’m checking entries on my phone. Execution has been mostly stable for my style (short holds, not scalping). Spreads feel reasonable during normal market hours, but they widen noticeably around big news, so I learned to avoid placing market orders right at the release. Deposits were easy and credited fast, but I wish the app showed a clearer breakdown of all costs (conversion/processing) before I confirm. Withdrawals arrived, but not always as quickly as the deposit side, and the status updates could be more informative. Support was polite and answered my questions, but I sometimes had to follow up to get a fully detailed response. Overall: good for everyday trading, with room to improve transparency and withdrawal status tracking.
