I’m Kavya Singh from Kolkata and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD here. The spreads on my Standard account have been fairly consistent during London hours and I haven’t noticed weird spikes on normal news days. Order fills are generally quick, and I like that the platform doesn’t freeze when volatility picks up. That said, the client area feels a little dated on mobile. Finding reports/statement exports takes a few extra clicks, and I’d love clearer breakdowns of commissions vs swaps per symbol. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawals did go through, but one request took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once with support. Support was polite and got it resolved, just not as fast as I’d like. Overall it’s been a solid experience and I’ll keep using it for my swing trades, but the back-office UI and withdrawal speed could be improved.
