Spreads are generally reasonable during liquid sessions and order execution has felt consistent for the size I trade. The onboarding and verification were straightforward, but the client area feels a bit dated and it took me some clicking around to find a couple of reports I needed. I also noticed spreads widen more than I expected around major news releases, so I avoid placing new trades during those minutes. Deposits were smooth for me and credited without hassle. Withdrawals worked, but the processing time was not always the same—one request was quick and another took longer than I anticipated. Support was polite and answered my questions clearly, though I did have to wait for a follow-up once. Net-net: I’m comfortable continuing with them, just wish the dashboard was more modern and withdrawal timing was a bit more predictable.

Spreads have been reasonable on my Standard account, and I haven’t noticed any weird re-quotes during normal liquidity. Deposit was smooth using a card transfer option, and the funds showed up quickly. Withdrawal works, but it’s not always as fast as I’d like—one request took longer than expected because it went into a review status and I had to confirm a couple of details. Support is decent. Live chat was polite and clear, but I sometimes had to follow up to get a final answer instead of a copy-paste link. If they tighten the withdrawal turnaround and improve consistency of support responses, I’d rate them higher.
