It wasn’t “bad”, just more steps than I anticipated, and the document checks took longer than I’d like. Once the account was live, day-to-day trading was smooth. Support answered my basic questions clearly (fees, trading hours, and margin). They weren’t instant, but they did follow up and close the loop. Deposits went through without surprises, and withdrawals worked, though not the fastest compared to some other brokers I’ve used.
