The platform side has been stable for me, and I haven’t seen random disconnects. Deposits were straightforward and credited without drama. Withdrawals did arrive, but the turnaround wasn’t as consistent as I expected—one request processed fast and another took longer with no clear status updates in the client area. Support was polite and did reply, but I had to follow up once to get a more specific timeline. Overall I’m happy with the trading conditions and I’m continuing to use the account, but I’d like a more informative dashboard for funding status and clearer notifications.

Solid spreads and execution, a couple of small friction points

Execution on MT4 felt snappy during normal hours and the spreads were consistently tight compared to what I was used to before. Deposit was straightforward and credited quickly. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that the account portal/UI felt a bit clunky on mobile and I had to double-check where certain settings and documents were. Also, during one busy news session I noticed a bit more spread widening than I expected (not crazy, just noticeable). Support was polite and answered my questions clearly, but the first reply took longer than I hoped. Once they responded, it got sorted without back-and-forth.
