The UI is clean, order placement is straightforward, and the fee breakdown is easy to understand. For my needs, the biggest downside is that it doesn’t feel like a purpose-built forex platform. When I want to react quickly to macro news or manage tighter execution, I still prefer a dedicated FX broker. Here it’s more of a “steady investing” experience than an active FX setup. Deposits were smooth and the money showed up quickly. Withdrawals worked but took a bit longer than I expected on one occasion (not a huge issue, just plan ahead). Support answered, but it wasn’t instant—more like a couple of back-and-forth messages to get to the point. Overall: reliable and polished, just not my first choice for fast-paced forex trading.
