Order placement is generally straightforward and I didn’t face platform freezes, but the overall user flow feels a bit clunky (too many taps to find open positions and history). Spreads were acceptable on majors during normal hours, but around high-volatility news I noticed they widened more than I expected. Depositing worked on the first attempt and the balance reflected quickly, which I appreciated. Withdrawals did come through, but not as consistently fast as the deposit side—sometimes it felt like there was an extra manual step. Support was polite and did respond, though a couple of replies sounded templated and I had to re-explain my question. Overall: usable and not a disaster, but I’d like a cleaner dashboard and clearer timelines for withdrawals.

Smooth MT4 setup and decent spreads, but withdrawal timing varies
