The spreads were reasonable during normal sessions and execution felt consistent on my side, especially on EUR/USD and XAU/USD. The client area is organized and I didn’t feel lost when setting up the account and verifying documents. What kept this from being a full 5 stars is the deposit/withdrawal flow. Depositing worked fine, but I expected more local-friendly payment choices and clearer timelines. My first withdrawal didn’t fail, it just took longer than I had in mind and I had to double-check the status in the portal. Support was responsive and polite when I asked about the withdrawal status and margin requirements, and they gave direct answers instead of copy-paste. Overall I’d keep using them for regular trading, but I’d like faster payout processing and more payment methods for UAE residents.
