Smooth execution for my day trades, but the platform takes time to learn

Overall the execution has been consistent for the way I trade, and I haven’t had any surprise platform freezes. Spreads feel competitive during normal market hours, but I did notice they can widen around major news releases, so I now avoid entering right at the headline. Deposits worked without issues, but withdrawals were not always “same day” in my case—more like 1–2 business days depending on timing. Support was helpful when I asked about verification steps and they explained the process clearly, just not always instantly available.
