I’m Youssef from Abu Dhabi and I opened a Standard account mainly because I wanted something that feels locally familiar and easy to fund. The onboarding was straightforward and the overall experience has been stable for my style (mostly short-term FX trades and some holding overnight). Deposits have been smooth from my side and I like that the statements are clear and don’t feel cluttered. Execution has generally been fine during normal market hours, but the trading platform/toolset feels a bit conservative compared to some global brokers I’ve used before. I also wish the app had a few more quality-of-life features (faster search, cleaner order modification, and more alerts). Support is polite and professional, but not always instant—usually I get a proper answer within the same day. Overall I’m satisfied and I’d keep it as a “steady” account, even if it’s not the most feature-rich setup.

Solid execution and onboarding, but app feels dated

Where it loses a star is the overall platform experience. Some parts of the client area feel a bit old-school and it takes too many clicks to find basic things like statements and margin details.
