The platform setup was straightforward and I was able to get charts and templates the way I like. Deposits went through without drama, but I wish the dashboard explained all transaction-related fees and processing times more clearly before you click confirm. Support answered my questions in a polite way and didn’t try to push me into anything, which I appreciated. Overall I’m happy enough to keep it in my broker rotation, but I’d rate it higher if the funding/fee details were more transparent and the withdrawal ETA was shown more prominently inside the client area.

Smooth execution, but the client portal feels dated
