The trading platform itself is straightforward, but the client portal has a few steps that feel repetitive (especially when checking account status and statements). Deposits landed quickly for me, and withdrawals were mostly smooth, but I had one payout that took longer than I expected, so I’m not giving a perfect score. Support was polite and answered my basic questions without pushing me to trade more, which I appreciate. Overall it’s been a good experience, just needs a cleaner user flow on the back office side.

Spreads ok, par withdrawal timeline fixed nahi lagta

Jaipur se Vikram. Ausglobal Standard account pe 9 months trade kiya. Deposit maine UPI se kiya tha, usually 5-10 min me credit ho jata. Pairs mostly EURUSD aur GBPUSD, kabhi kabhi XAUUSD. Regular hours me spreads theek rehte, but US session open ke aas paas thoda widen hota. Withdrawal: pehli baar ₹18,000 2 din me aa gaya, next time ₹30,000 ko 4 din lag gaye. Support se WhatsApp/email pe baat hui, reply aata hai but exact reason/ETA clear nahi hota. Overall average experience.
