The sign-up and verification process was smooth and I was able to fund the account without hassle. The platform feels stable and order placement is straightforward. What kept this from being a 5-star experience is that the cost breakdown isn’t always obvious at first glance (commissions/overnight charges and some small service fees). I had to double-check the statements to fully understand what I was paying. Once I got used to it, it was fine, but new traders might be surprised. Support replied politely and solved my basic questions, but it sometimes took longer than I expected to get a complete answer. Overall, I’m satisfied and I’ll keep using it, just hoping for clearer fee explanations and a more detailed cost preview before confirming trades.

Clean platform and reasonable execution, but funding steps feel a bit rigid

The platform experience is straightforward, charts load fast, and order placement is simple (market/limit/SL/TP behaves as expected). Execution has been mostly consistent for my swing trades, and spreads are acceptable during normal London/NY hours. Where it loses a star for me is the “process” side. Deposits go through, but the available methods and the way some steps are presented feels a bit rigid compared to brokers that are more FX-first. Also, on a couple of high-volatility news spikes I noticed wider spreads and a bit more slippage than I prefer (not extreme, but noticeable). Support was polite and answered my questions clearly, just not always on the first message. Overall I’d still recommend it if you value a clean interface and you’re not scalping heavily.
