What I liked most is that the rules are written in plain language and the support team actually answered my questions about the daily drawdown calculation without sending generic copy-paste replies. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that withdrawals/payout processing time was not consistent for me—one request was quick, another took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once. Overall, it’s been a positive experience and I’m continuing with them, but I’d love more predictable payout timelines and clearer status updates during processing.

What I liked: the platform felt stable during London/NY overlap, spreads were generally predictable on EURUSD, and I didn’t run into any confusing hidden steps when funding the account. The client area is also easy to navigate, which matters when you’re checking history and statements. What I didn’t like: the deposit methods worked fine for me, but the confirmation emails sometimes arrived late. Support usually replied within a day, but one ticket about swap/rollover calculation took a couple of back-and-forth messages to get a clear answer. Withdrawals did go through, but not as fast as I expected on one occasion (it took a few business days), so I’m not giving a perfect score there. Still, nothing felt unsafe or shady—just a bit slow and procedural.
