Overall the execution has been reliable during normal market hours and I haven’t had any surprise issues with order placement. Spreads are generally fine for my style, and I like that the platform feels stable even when I have multiple charts open. What I don’t love is the client area/portal experience. It works, but it feels a bit old-fashioned and sometimes I need a few extra clicks to find basic things like statement exports and account settings. Also, during high-impact news releases I noticed slippage can widen more than I expect, so I avoid placing tight stops right at the event. Deposits were straightforward for me and credited without drama. Withdrawals did go through, but not always as fast as I’d like, so I plan my cashouts early. Support has been polite and helpful when I asked about account documents and reporting.
