I’m Omar from Dubai and I opened a Standard account mainly for intraday trades on majors. The signup and KYC were straightforward and I was trading the same day. Execution felt consistent during normal market hours and I didn’t see weird requotes on market orders. Deposits by card went through quickly and the client area is easy to navigate. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the withdrawal workflow: the first time I cashed out, I had to re-confirm a payment method and provide an extra document, which added a bit of back-and-forth. After that, it was fine. Support replied politely and gave clear steps, just not as fast as I hoped during peak hours. Overall, a good experience for my style, but expect a little extra patience on the first withdrawal.

Overall the execution has been solid during normal market hours and I haven’t noticed strange re-quotes. Spreads feel competitive for my style, and the platform setup was straightforward once my account was verified. Where it loses a star is the client portal UX. A couple of the funding/withdrawal status labels weren’t intuitive, and I had to double-check whether a request was still processing or already approved. Support was polite and helped me confirm the status, but I’d love clearer notifications and a more transparent timeline inside the dashboard. If they improve the portal clarity, it would easily be a 5/5 experience for me so far.

Decent platform, but fees/spreads not always predictable

I’m Priya from Kochi. Used 4Xc Standard account for around 6 months. Deposited via debit card (₹20,000) and it reflected within minutes. I mostly traded GBPUSD and USDJPY, sometimes gold. The good part: platform stability was fine and orders generally went through. The not-so-good part: during volatile sessions (London open / US news), spreads expand more than what I expected, and the effective cost becomes high for short scalps. Withdrawal to bank transfer was okay once (3 business days), but the second time it took about a week due to “verification review” even though KYC was already done. Support answered on email, but it took 24–48 hours each time. Overall average experience.

Normal days pe theek, news time pe spread/slippage irritate karta hai

Hyderabad se 4Xc Standard pe approx 6 months use kiya. Main mostly GBPUSD, EURUSD aur kabhi kabhi XAUUSD scalp karta hoon. Normal market hours mein execution fine hai, but jab US news aati hai (NFP, CPI) tab spread ekdum widen ho jata hai aur slippage bhi milta hai. Ek baar GBPUSD pe stop-loss expected se 8-10 pips worse fill hua. Deposit maine UPI (GPay) se kiya, 5-10 min mein reflect ho gaya. Withdrawals 2 baar kiye: ek baar 24 hrs ke andar aa gaya, dusri baar 3 days lag gaye because “compliance check” bolke hold pe tha. Support ne reply diya but clear reason nahi diya, bas wait bolte rahe. Overall: workable hai, but news trading karte ho to frustration ho sakta hai.
