The platform connection didn’t give me random disconnects, which is a big plus. On the downside, depositing was a bit less flexible than I expected (I prefer having multiple local-friendly methods). It worked, just took a little more back-and-forth to pick the right route. Withdrawals arrived, but not as fast as the “best case” timelines people talk about. Support was polite and answered my questions without scripted replies, but I still had to follow up once to get a clear confirmation about fees and processing times. Would I keep it? Yes, as a secondary account for spot FX, but I’d like to see smoother payments and clearer funding instructions.

Smooth execution, but the back-office could be clearer

Overall my experience has been positive: orders go through without drama and I don’t feel like I’m fighting the platform. Spreads are generally reasonable on EUR/USD and GBP/USD, and I like that I can keep my risk tight without random re-quotes. Where it can improve is the client area and the clarity around account settings. A couple of times I had to double-check which wallet/account I was moving funds to, and the confirmation messages are a bit too generic. Support did respond and explained it, but it took more effort than it should. Spreads were reasonable on the Standard account and I didn’t notice anything alarming in my trade history. The only downside was onboarding/KYC took a bit longer than I expected and I had to re-upload one document because the first upload wasn’t clear enough. Support replied politely and eventually sorted it out, but it added some delay before I could start trading. If they streamline verification and add clearer status updates inside the client area, it would be close to a 5 for me.

Solid execution on a standard account, app could be smoother

I’m Fatima from Al Ain and I’ve been using AAAFX on a Standard account for about 6 months, mostly trading EURUSD and gold around the London/NY overlap. Execution has generally been stable for me and the spreads feel competitive for what I’m doing (I’m not a scalper). Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly, which I appreciate when I’m topping up before the week starts. Withdrawals did go through, but one of my cash-outs took longer than I expected because I had to re-submit a document after it was rejected for being slightly blurry. Once I sent a clearer copy, it moved along. Support was polite and answered in a reasonable time, but I’d love clearer in-app notifications about account verification and required documents so it doesn’t become a back-and-forth. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I’m comfortable continuing, just with a bit more patience for the admin side.
