I’m Omar from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and XAU/USD with a small swing/short-term approach. Overall my experience has been positive: spreads on the majors are competitive during London/NY overlap and my orders generally fill close to where I expect. Account setup was straightforward and KYC didn’t feel like a long back-and-forth. Deposits went through on the first try and the funds showed up quickly. Withdrawals have been okay, but not as fast as the deposit side—one payout took longer than I expected, though it did arrive without needing a dispute. Support is responsive when you reach them, but I had to follow up once to get a clear answer about trading hours for certain symbols. Platform-wise it’s stable, but the mobile experience feels a bit less polished (navigation and small UI hiccups). If they improve the app and make withdrawals more consistently fast, it would be an easy 5 stars for me.

Account verification and the first deposit were straightforward, and the platform connection has been stable for me so far. Spreads on majors feel competitive most of the time, and my market orders usually fill without surprises. I did notice that spreads can widen around bigger news releases, so I avoid entering right on the candle. Support was helpful when I asked about leverage and trading hours, but the replies were not always instant (more like later the same day). Overall I’m satisfied and will keep this account as one of my secondary brokers.

Smooth MT5 execution, but withdrawals could be faster

Overall the execution on MT5 feels clean during normal hours and spreads have been acceptable for my intraday style. Account opening and KYC were straightforward and I didn’t have to chase anyone to get verified. Deposits went through without any confusion, and the client portal is simple enough to use even on mobile. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that withdrawals, while they did arrive, took longer than I expected on one occasion and the status updates in the portal weren’t very detailed.
