I’m Ahmed from Al Ain and I opened a Standard account mainly to keep my FX exposure in one place with the rest of my portfolio. The onboarding was straightforward and I like how clear the statements and tax/transaction reporting are. On the trading side, execution has been stable for the major pairs during normal sessions, and I haven’t seen any random disconnects. Spreads aren’t always the tightest compared to some FX-only brokers, but for my style (swing trades and hedging) it’s acceptable. What I don’t love is how “traditional” the experience feels: fewer advanced order/trading tools than I’m used to, and it takes a bit more clicking to get to what I need. Support was polite and knowledgeable, just not always instant on chat. Overall, I’d keep it as a dependable option, but active scalpers will probably want something more specialized.

I’m Mariam from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using Fidelity mainly alongside my usual FX apps. For longer-term positions it feels stable and well organized, and I like how clean the account view is. The order flow is straightforward and I haven’t had any scary glitches. That said, for active forex-style trading the toolset feels a bit “investment first, trader second.” I miss some of the advanced chart shortcuts and quick risk controls I’m used to (especially when I’m managing multiple entries). Spreads/fees are not always as easy to compare at a glance, so I had to double-check the cost breakdown more than once. Overall, I’m comfortable keeping money here for slower strategies, but if you’re a fast scalper you’ll probably want something more specialized.

Average broker, nothing special

Using Fidelity for 6 months. Spreads are acceptable but not the best I have seen. Support answered my KYC query eventually. Would say it is an average experience overall.

I trade mainly majors and gold from Abu Dhabi and opened a Standard account to keep things simple. Depositing was straightforward and the funds showed up quickly. Execution has been consistent during normal sessions, and the platform feels stable even when volatility picks up. My only frustration is that some FX-specific tools and order options feel more “general investing” than “forex-first.” When I’m managing multiple positions, the workflow can take a few extra clicks compared to dedicated FX brokers. Support was polite and professional when I asked about account settings, but the answers were a bit templated and I had to follow up once to get a clear response. Overall I’m happy, just not a perfect fit if you want a pure FX-focused experience.

I’m Omar from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using Fidelity for about 6 months mainly for USD exposure and occasional major FX pairs around news events. The platform feels stable and I haven’t had any scary glitches, which matters more to me than fancy features. Execution has been consistent on normal market hours and I like the account reporting—statements and performance breakdowns are clear enough to reconcile against my own spreadsheet. The part that holds it back is the overall workflow: placing and managing FX-related orders feels more "institutional" than nimble, and it takes more clicks than I’d like when I’m trying to adjust risk quickly. Fees/spreads are not the cheapest compared to pure FX brokers, so I wouldn’t pick it for scalping. But for a more conservative, "keep it clean and documented" approach, it’s been reliable for me so far.
