I’m Mariam from Sharjah and I’ve been using Brightfunded for about 6 months. Overall it’s been a good experience for UI and workflow. The dashboard is clean, the objectives are easy to understand, and I like that the rule pages are not buried (I can quickly re-check daily loss and drawdown without digging). Execution felt consistent for my style (I mostly trade major FX pairs and occasionally gold), and the platform connection was stable on my side. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars is how stressful high-impact news can be—spreads and slippage can jump, which is expected, but I’d like clearer in-dashboard prompts around restricted periods and a more obvious “trade at your own risk” reminder before major releases. Support was polite when I asked basic questions about account stages and verification, but replies were not always instant. Depositing/checkout for the challenge purchase was straightforward. I haven’t had big issues withdrawing, but I still feel the withdrawal UI could show more detailed status steps instead of a single ‘processing’ label.

Trading smooth, but KYC/verification timing frustrating hai

Neha from Pune. Standard account, 6 months. Main EUR/USD, AUD/USD aur kabhi kabhi NAS100 trade karti hoon. Day-to-day execution smooth tha. Deposit UPI (BHIM) se instant ho gaya. Issue: withdrawal request ke time pe extra documents maange (address proof), toh process delay ho gaya. Total 5 working days lag gaye. Agar pehle hi verify kar lete toh better hota. Support helpful hai but response slow (12-24 hrs). Mixed experience overall.

Average broker: fine for trading, documentation & withdrawal process is slow

Rahul from New Delhi. Been with Brightfunded around 7 months on Standard. Trading side is okay—EUR/USD and USD/CAD spreads are acceptable, and MT5 connection is mostly stable. I do intraday, so speed matters. Deposit via netbanking (ICICI) credited same day. Withdrawal process is where it gets irritating: KYC re-check happened after I requested withdrawal (why not earlier?), so the payout moved by another 2-3 days. Total timeline for my last one was 4 working days. Support is polite but keeps sending template responses like “your request is in process.” Not bad, not great.
