I’m Sanjay from Bangalore and I’ve been using Revolut for about 6 months mainly to convert currencies and do small, occasional FX-related moves alongside travel spending. The app UI is easily the best part—sign-up was quick, KYC was straightforward, and the layout makes it simple to see balances and recent conversions. Deposits from my card were instant and I also tried a bank transfer, which showed up within the expected time window. Where I feel it needs improvement is transparency around pricing at the exact moment of conversion. Most of the time it’s fine, but during busy market periods I want a clearer breakdown of the effective rate, any markup, and the final amount before I confirm. Support was polite when I asked about rate changes on weekends, but the replies felt a bit templated and I had to ask a follow-up to get a direct explanation. Overall I’m happy for basic currency conversion and a light-use setup, but I wouldn’t rely on it as my primary place for active FX trading.
