I’m Vikram from Bangalore and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and gold on a Standard account for the last 6 months. Overall the platform stability has been solid for my style (intraday, 5–15 min holds) and I haven’t had any scary disconnects during busy sessions. Spreads are generally reasonable, and my orders fill as expected most of the time. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5-star experience is the funding flow: the deposit went through, but the portal wording around fees/conversion wasn’t super clear to me at first, so I had to double-check what rate was being applied. Support was responsive when I asked basic account questions and they didn’t try to upsell me into anything. If they make the deposit/fee breakdown more transparent in the UI, I’d be happy to rate higher.

Execution has been consistent on majors and I haven’t had random platform freezes during London/NY overlap, which is my main concern. Spreads feel competitive most of the time, and the overall client portal is clean once you get used to it. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the onboarding/KYC flow felt a bit back-and-forth. I had to re-upload one document because the first upload wasn’t accepted, and the status updates weren’t super clear until I spoke to support. After that, things ran normally. Deposits were straightforward for me. Withdrawals went through, but one of them took longer than I expected (not a problem, just slower than my ideal). Support was polite and helpful when I asked for clarification, even if I wish they were a bit faster during peak hours.

Overall the experience has been positive: orders usually fill quickly and spreads on majors have been reasonable during normal market hours. The onboarding and verification were straightforward and the client portal is easy to navigate. A couple of things kept it from being a 5-star experience. The platform felt a bit sluggish during one high-volatility session and the swap/fee breakdown could be clearer inside the reporting section (I had to export statements to double-check). Support was polite and helpful when I asked about account settings, but it took a few hours to get a complete answer. I’d still recommend it for someone who wants a generally stable day-to-day trading setup, just don’t expect every report to be perfectly intuitive out of the box.

Deposits were straightforward via my usual method and credited without drama. The client portal is functional, but a bit clunky on mobile—finding some reports and confirmations takes extra taps. Support was responsive when I asked about swap rates and contract specs; the answers were clear, just not always immediate. Withdrawals worked, but the processing time was a little slower than I prefer, so I’m not giving full marks there. Still, it arrived and matched the requested amount. If they improve the portal UX and speed up withdrawals slightly, this would be an easy 5/5 for me.
