Overall the execution on MT5 feels snappy during normal hours and I haven’t had random disconnects, which matters a lot for my short intraday trades. The spreads are acceptable most of the time, but around news they widen more than I expected, so I avoid entering right on the release. Depositing by card was straightforward and credited quickly. My only real frustration is that some charges/processing steps weren’t explained clearly up front (it’s not huge money, but I prefer full transparency). Support was polite and followed up, although I had to message twice to get a complete answer about the fee breakdown. If they improve the clarity around costs and add a more detailed funding/fee page, I’d rate it higher.
