I’m Huda from Abu Dhabi and I opened a Standard account mainly because I wanted something that feels familiar and straightforward for UAE-based investors. The platform itself has been stable for my day-to-day monitoring and placing simple FX trades, and the pricing looked reasonable for the way I trade (mostly major pairs, low frequency). What I didn’t love was the initial onboarding pace. I had to re-upload one document because the scan was not clear enough, and the back-and-forth added a couple of days. Once the account was active, deposits were smooth and reflected correctly, and I haven’t faced any weird balance adjustments. Support was polite and professional when I asked about account settings and trading hours, but it sometimes took a while to get a complete answer in one message. Overall: reliable experience after setup, just don’t expect instant onboarding if your paperwork needs clarification.

The main reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the day-to-day usability. The interface feels a bit heavy on mobile, and when markets move fast I’d like quicker navigation between chart, order ticket, and positions. Also, the spreads/fees are not always the most competitive compared to the lowest-cost brokers, so I keep position sizes moderate here. Support has been polite and helpful when I asked basic questions (margin and swap details). If they improve the mobile speed and simplify a few menus, this could be an easy 5/5 for my style of trading.
