Solid execution, but the account options took time to understand

I’m Sara from Al Ain and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. Overall the platform felt stable and my orders were filled without noticeable delays, even during the London open. Spreads were usually acceptable for my style (short intraday trades), but on a few high-volatility moments I saw wider pricing than I expected and had to adjust my stops. Depositing was straightforward and credited quickly. The only downside for me was that the different account settings and instrument specs took a bit of reading before I felt confident (contract sizes, swaps, and the exact trading hours). Support helped when I asked basic questions, but the answers felt a little templated at first. After a follow-up, I got clearer guidance. Would I keep using it? Yes, for now, because it’s been consistent and I can plan around the spreads—just wish the onboarding explanations were simpler.
