I’m Layla from Al Ain and I’ve been trading mostly major FX pairs on a Standard account with FXPrimus for about 6 months. Overall the trading side has been dependable: orders go through quickly most of the time and I haven’t had any scary platform freezes during active sessions. Spreads felt reasonable for what I trade, and the charts/MT experience was familiar so I didn’t waste time learning a new interface. My only real friction has been on the account-management side. The client portal feels a bit clunky on mobile, and I had to double-check a few steps during my first deposit because the flow wasn’t as clear as it could be. Withdrawals have worked, but one request took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. Support was polite and answered in a professional way, but I wish the first reply included clearer “what happens next” timing. If they improve the portal UX and set better expectations on processing times, it would easily be a 5-star experience for me.
