Overall the platform experience has been smooth—orders fill quickly during normal market conditions and I didn’t see random freezes on my side. Spreads were generally okay for my style (short intraday swings), though they can widen around major news which is expected. Depositing was straightforward, but I would have liked more local-friendly payment options and clearer ETA messaging after initiating a transfer. Withdrawals did arrive, but not always as fast as I hoped—one request took longer than the previous one and I had to check with support for an update. Support was polite and gave me a practical answer when I asked about verification and withdrawal status. I’m keeping the account because the trading side is solid, but I’d rate it higher if withdrawals were more consistent and the funding page was clearer.

The platform setup was straightforward and I was able to get charts and indicators the way I like without much effort. My only real issue is that the fee/spread + commission picture wasn’t fully clear to me at the start. I understood it better after comparing my trade history to the contract specs, but I wish the cost breakdown was more transparent inside the client area.
