Execution has been consistent for me and I rarely see obvious spikes or freezes during active sessions. Spreads are generally fine on liquid hours, and the platform setup was straightforward. Where it could improve is the funding experience from my side. Depositing worked, but I had to double-check which method was best for me and the steps weren’t as “guided” as some other brokers. Withdrawals arrived, but not as quickly as I expected the first time, and the status updates could be clearer. Spreads felt reasonable during normal hours, but they do widen around high-impact news, so I avoid entering right on releases. The only real friction for me was onboarding and getting everything set up the way I like (server choice, platform settings, and confirming which instruments were available on my account). Once I got past that, it’s been stable and predictable. I’d rate it higher if the back office UX was a bit clearer and if the support responses were a bit faster during busy times.
