Spreads were competitive during London session and I had no major slippage issues on major pairs. Mobile app works well for monitoring positions.

I’m Rahul from Mumbai and I’ve been testing Sevenstarfx on a small live account mainly for EURUSD and XAUUSD. Spreads were mostly acceptable during normal hours and I didn’t notice anything extreme with order execution on market orders, although news time definitely gets jumpy. The client portal is where I struggled a bit. KYC upload worked, but the status updates were not very clear and I had to refresh a lot to confirm whether my documents were accepted. Depositing by card went through quickly, but the confirmation email came late. Support answered my chat questions, but the replies felt a little scripted and I had to repeat my ticket number once. Overall it’s usable and I can trade, but it doesn’t feel as polished as some bigger brokers yet.

Support at Sevenstarfx answered my KYC questions within a few hours. The onboarding process was straightforward for a standard account from Sharjah.

I’m Vikram Sharma from Chennai and I’ve been using Sevenstarfx for about 6 months on a Standard account. The spreads on majors were acceptable for my style (mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD scalps), and execution was generally okay during normal market hours. Where it started to frustrate me was the client area—some pages load slowly, and the transaction history view is not very clear when I try to reconcile deposits/withdrawals. Deposit was smooth using a card method, but I’d like more transparency on fees before confirming. Support replies were polite, but sometimes I had to follow up to get a clear answer instead of a copy‑paste response. Overall it’s usable, just needs polish on the back-office and reporting.

I’m Fatima from Dubai and I’ve been using Sevenstarfx on a Standard account for about 6 months. The actual trading part is mostly fine: orders on majors usually go through quickly and I didn’t notice anything wildly off during normal liquidity hours. Spreads are not the tightest I’ve seen, but they’re also not shocking for a standard setup. What kept this from being a higher rating is the overall “friction” around the account. The portal feels a bit cluttered and I had a couple of moments where I wasn’t sure which section to use for documents vs. funding history. Also, the swap/overnight costs weren’t as transparent as I’d like until I dug into the contract specs, so it took me time to confirm what I was paying when holding positions. Deposits worked without drama for me, but withdrawals were slower than expected on one occasion and required an extra confirmation step. Support was polite and did follow up, but the answers sometimes felt template-based and I had to restate the same details. Overall: usable broker for straightforward trading, just not the smoothest experience end-to-end.
