Execution has been consistent on normal market conditions and I haven’t had any unexpected platform freezes. The main reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the overall UI can feel a bit busy when you start adding multiple watchlists and charts, and I had to spend time finding where certain account reports were. Also, spreads can widen more than I’d like during major news, so I avoid trading high-impact releases here. Deposits were smooth for me and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as I expected the first time, so I’m rating that slightly lower. Support was polite and answered my questions, though it wasn’t instant. Overall: reliable for my day-to-day trades, just needs a cleaner navigation and clearer reporting sections.
