The overall platform feels stable and the order tickets are straightforward, which I appreciate when I’m switching between EUR/USD and XAU/USD during busy sessions. Deposits were smooth on my side and credited without any surprises. Where I felt some friction is around the general account experience: a couple of times I had to re-check margin requirements and contract details because the info wasn’t as easy to find as I expected. Spreads/fees felt acceptable for my style (I trade mostly intraday, small position sizes), but I wouldn’t call it the cheapest option I’ve tried. Support was polite and they did respond, but the first reply felt a bit template-like and I had to clarify my question to get a direct answer. Once I did, the agent explained the steps clearly. Execution was fine for my small test trades and I didn’t notice anything strange on pricing. What I didn’t love is how many steps there were between starting the account and feeling “ready” to trade. Some of the verification and setup screens weren’t very clear, and I had to double-check which documents were needed. Once it was approved, it was okay, but the onboarding could be smoother.
