Order execution has been reliable for my market orders and basic limit entries, and I haven’t faced any platform freezes on my side. Spreads feel acceptable most of the time, though they widen a bit around high-impact news which is expected. Deposits were straightforward and reflected quickly. Withdrawals did go through, but one request took longer than I anticipated and I had to follow up once. Support was polite and gave clear steps, but I’d like faster turnaround and a cleaner in-app account area (it takes a few taps to find statements and fee details). Overall it’s been a decent experience for normal retail trading. If they improve the interface and make withdrawal timelines more consistent, I’d rate it higher.

Execution is generally okay during normal hours and I haven’t faced random disconnects, but the client area feels a bit outdated and I had to click around too much to find basic things like statement downloads and fee info. Deposits through card were quick on my side, and the trading conditions were acceptable for my swing trades. The only reason I’m not giving a higher rating is that withdrawals were not as smooth as deposits for me—nothing dramatic, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once with support. Support replied politely and did solve my query, just not instantly. If they improve the dashboard and make the withdrawal flow more transparent (status tracking, expected timelines), I’d be happier overall.
