Overall the trading experience is okay: execution feels stable during normal hours and the client portal is clean enough that I don’t get lost when I’m moving between positions and account settings. What keeps this from being a higher rating is the "death by a thousand cuts" feeling—some steps in the portal take more clicks than expected, and the pricing/conditions were not always as clear as I would like when I was comparing instruments. It’s not a disaster, but it slowed me down when I was trying to manage trades quickly. Support was polite and answered my questions, but I had to follow up once to get a fully clear explanation.
