Clean platform and stable fills, but reporting takes time

Order execution has been consistent for my style (mostly small position sizes, a few swing trades), and the spreads I saw were generally in line with what I expected. Deposits were straightforward and credited within a reasonable window. Where it could improve is the back-office side: statements/tax-style reports are comprehensive, but finding the exact view I need sometimes takes extra clicks and patience. Support was helpful when I asked about account documents, though I had to wait a bit for a follow-up. Overall, it’s been a solid experience for me with only minor friction around navigation and reporting.
