Solid execution and reporting, but the learning curve is real

I trade from Kolkata and opened my account mainly for FX and a bit of index exposure. Overall, the fills have been consistent and the platform feels professional, especially when I’m checking statements and performance reports. I like that I can see fees and conversions clearly, and the trade history export helps me track my journal. The downside for me is the interface complexity—there are a lot of menus and settings, and it took a couple of weeks before I felt comfortable placing orders quickly. Funding was straightforward, but I did have to double‑check the bank details and reference notes to avoid delays. Support was helpful when I asked about base currency and conversion settings, though the replies felt a bit templated at first. Once I provided screenshots, they guided me to the right place. If you’re a beginner, it can feel intimidating, but if you want a serious setup, it’s been good for me.
