Clean execution and stable MT5, but card fees were a surprise

I’m Vikram from Bangalore and I’ve been trading part-time alongside my day job. I opened a Standard account to test GBE Brokers with small position sizes (mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD) and a mix of manual trading + simple alerts. What I liked: execution felt consistent during normal hours and the platform connection stayed stable on both desktop and mobile. Spreads were generally reasonable for my style, and I didn’t see random re-quotes in my sessions. The client area is straightforward and the basic reporting (history/statement export) is enough for tracking. What I didn’t like: the deposit flow was smooth, but the final amount credited was slightly lower than I expected because of payment/provider charges. Also, support was helpful when I asked about swap rates, but their explanations could be more detailed (I had to ask a follow-up to fully understand how it’s calculated). Overall, it’s been a good experience for testing strategies. I’d rate it higher if the costs around funding were clearer upfront and if support replies were a bit more precise the first time.
