I’m Kavya from Kolkata and I’ve been trading mainly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Account opening and KYC were straightforward and I was able to get MT4 running quickly on my laptop. Spreads felt reasonable for my style (mostly intraday), and execution was stable during normal sessions. My only real downside so far is that withdrawals are not always as quick as I’d like. It’s not that I couldn’t withdraw, but the processing time felt inconsistent from one request to the next. Support was polite and answered my questions, but sometimes I had to follow up once to get a clear timeline. Overall I’m satisfied and will keep using it, but I’d rate it higher if the withdrawal processing was more predictable.

The platform connection stayed stable for me and I didn’t notice random disconnects, which is a big plus. Spreads were generally reasonable during normal hours, and my stop/limit orders triggered where I expected most of the time. The only part that felt slow was the onboarding/KYC steps—nothing unusual, just more back-and-forth than I expected because I uploaded one document in the wrong format and had to resend it. After the account was fully verified, deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Support was polite and clear when I asked about margin requirements and trading hours, but the first reply took a few hours. Overall it’s been a solid experience for my style, with small friction at the start.
