I’m Omar from Dubai and I’ve been using this broker for about six months, mainly for USD/JPY and EUR/USD during London and early US sessions. What I like most is that orders generally fill cleanly and the pricing feels consistent, especially on normal market conditions. I didn’t see surprise re-quotes, and my stop/limit orders behaved as expected. The main downside for me was the learning curve on the platform and order settings. The first few days I kept double-checking confirmations because the layout is different from what I was used to. Once I customized my workspace and saved templates, it became smoother. Deposits were straightforward from my side and credited quickly. Withdrawals worked, but the last one took longer than I expected due to extra verification questions, so I’m giving a slightly lower score there. Support was responsive via chat, but sometimes the answers felt a bit scripted until I asked very specific questions. Overall: solid for execution and stability, just expect some time to get comfortable with the interface and processes.

What I liked most was the overall platform stability—quotes and charts stayed responsive even during busy news windows. My orders were generally filled without drama, and I didn’t notice any weird re-quotes on the trades I placed manually. Spreads were competitive for the instruments I used, and the interface felt more “serious” than some of the app-first brokers. On the flip side, the onboarding/KYC flow felt strict and a bit confusing at first, especially with document format expectations. Also, funding options didn’t feel as flexible as what I’m used to locally, so I had to plan deposits ahead instead of topping up instantly. Support was helpful when I asked about margin requirements, but the response wasn’t immediate—more like ‘same day’ rather than ‘right now’. Overall, it’s a solid broker experience if you value stability and predictable execution, but it’s not the most convenient setup if you want super fast account admin from India.
