Trading conditions at Infinox were acceptable, but one withdrawal took longer than expected. Eventually received funds after additional verification.

I’m Hassan from Dubai and I’ve been trading with Infinox for around 6 months on a Standard account. Overall the experience has been positive, mainly because order execution feels consistent during normal market hours and the platform has been stable for my day trading on major FX pairs. Deposit was smooth using a card transfer, and the funds showed up quickly. My only hesitation is that some costs are not always easy to understand at a glance (like when a small extra charge shows up from the payment side or when swap/overnight costs vary), so I had to double-check the statements more than I expected. Support was helpful when I asked about leverage settings and verification. They replied with clear steps, but I still think the client portal could explain fees and trading conditions in a more straightforward way for new clients. Not perfect, but good enough that I’m continuing to use it for part of my trading.

I’m Sara from Al Ain and I’ve been using Infinox mainly for EUR/USD and gold swings. Execution has been consistently smooth for my style and I haven’t noticed weird spikes or surprise re-quotes. Depositing was straightforward (bank card in my case) and the funds reflected quickly. What keeps it from being a perfect score is the client area. It works, but it can feel a bit cluttered when you’re trying to find past statements or update profile details. Support was polite and answered my questions, but I had to follow up once to get a clearer step-by-step. Overall I’m comfortable continuing, just hoping they streamline the dashboard a little.

I’m Sanjay Gupta from Pune and I’ve been using Infinox mainly for EUR/USD and XAU/USD intraday setups. Execution has been consistent on my side (fills feel quick and I don’t see weird spikes on the chart during normal sessions). Spreads are competitive most of the time, and the platform experience is straightforward. My only real gripe is withdrawals: they eventually land, but the process felt a bit more “ticket-and-wait” than I expected. It wasn’t a disaster, just slower than the deposits and not as transparent while it was pending. Support was polite and followed up, but I had to nudge them once to get a clear status update. Overall, good broker for trading, with room to improve the payout workflow communication.
