From Kochi. I placed a withdrawal request on 3 June to the same debit card I used for deposits. Earlier it used to come in 3-4 working days, but this time it’s still pending after 6 working days. Support acknowledged the ticket but no clear resolution timeline shared. Requesting urgent update and confirmation of processing status.

Jaipur se. Spread/commission aur withdrawal timeline ke regarding chat support se pucha. Reply milta hai but mostly generic—bolte hain email pe bhejo, phir 1-2 din lag jaate hain. Trading ke time pe quick clarity chahiye hoti hai. Please improve support responsiveness and give clear timelines.

Chennai. During US CPI release last month, my XAU/USD stop got filled much worse than expected. I understand volatility, but the slippage was unusually large compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere, and spreads widened sharply at the same time. I want an explanation of execution quality for that time window and whether liquidity was restricted.
