I’m Mariam Nasser trading from Dubai and I’ve used ActivTrades for about 6 months, mostly for EUR/USD and gold on MT5. Execution has been consistently smooth during normal market hours and I haven’t had random disconnects, which is a big deal for me because I manage positions around London open. Depositing was straightforward and the funds showed up quickly. Where I’m less impressed is how some charges/conditions are explained in the client area—everything is technically there, but it’s not always obvious what applies to my account until I dig through the FAQs. Support was polite and professional when I asked about account settings and trading hours, but the replies sometimes felt templated and I had to ask follow-up questions to get a clear answer. Overall: a reliable broker for day-to-day trading, just needs more transparent, simple breakdowns of costs and conditions in one place.

I’m Layla from Sharjah and I’ve been trading mostly major FX pairs and a bit of gold on a Standard account. Overall my experience has been positive: order execution feels consistent during normal sessions and the platform layout is straightforward for monitoring positions and managing risk. Deposits were smooth from my side and the funds showed up without me needing to chase anyone. My only real frustration is that the withdrawal process isn’t as “self-explanatory” as the deposit side. The money did arrive, but the status updates and expected timelines could be communicated better so I’m not wondering if I missed a step. Support has been polite and professional when I asked basic account questions, and I appreciated that they didn’t push me to trade more or deposit more. If they improve the withdrawal messaging/visibility, I’d be comfortable giving 5 stars.
