The platform connection has been reliable on my side and I haven’t had random disconnects. The only part I didn’t love was the onboarding/KYC pace. It wasn’t terrible, but I had to resend one document because the first upload didn’t meet their format requirement, so it added an extra day. Support was polite and clear, just not as fast as I expected at the start. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawals worked, but the processing time felt a little inconsistent depending on the day (still arrived, just not always on the earliest estimate). If they tighten the initial verification flow and make withdrawal timing more predictable, it would be an easy 5/5 for me.
