I’m Ahmed from Sharjah and I’ve been using Noor Capital for about 6 months on a Standard account. The onboarding was straightforward and I was able to get my account verified without going back and forth too much. Execution has been stable for my style (mostly intraday EURUSD and gold, not scalping). The platform connection has been reliable and I didn’t notice weird spikes on my charts, but spreads can widen a bit during major news which is expected. Deposits were smooth from my side and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of them took longer than I expected, so I’m not giving full marks there. Support is generally helpful; the agent answered my questions about margin and trading hours clearly, but sometimes the first response feels a bit template-like before they get specific. Overall, it’s been a good, professional experience and I’m continuing with them, just hoping withdrawals stay consistently fast.

I’m Neha from Hyderabad and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and XAU/USD on a Standard account for the last 6 months. Onboarding was straightforward and I was able to get verified without back-and-forth. Execution has been consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and the platform connection felt stable during normal market hours. Deposits worked the first time and the confirmation was quick. My only minor frustration is the withdrawal process: it did go through, but I felt the status updates were a bit vague and I had to check in once to understand the timeline. Support was polite and answered in a reasonable time, but the replies were slightly templated. Overall I’m comfortable continuing, just hoping for clearer withdrawal tracking/notifications inside the client area.
