Priya from Kochi. I attempted a debit card deposit of $300 equivalent; it failed on the page but the amount stayed blocked by my bank. It took 2 days to reverse and AJ Bell support only replied after almost 24 hours with a generic note. I trade XAU/USD and EUR/USD and needed margin urgently. Better coordination and quicker confirmation is required during payment issues.

Ab dobara same cheezein maang rahe hain, and processing ruk gaya. Main USD/JPY aur EUR/USD trade karta hoon. Please ek baar verify karke payout release karo, repeated KYC se trust issue hota hai.

Arjun (Mumbai). Maine AJ Bell pe bank transfer withdrawal request dala tha $500 equivalent ka. Pehle bola 2-3 working days, par ab 6th working day chal raha hai aur dashboard me bas ‘processing’ aa raha. Email + chat dono pe same generic reply milta hai. Please clear timeline do aur transaction reference share karo. Main mostly EUR/USD trade karta hoon, deposit UPI (PhonePe) se instant hota hai, but withdrawal me delay unacceptable hai.
