I’m Kavya Patel from Kolkata and I’ve been using AJ Bell for about 6 months. Overall the experience has been reliable—order placement feels stable and I haven’t had any scary platform freezes during busy market hours. Spreads/fees are generally in line with what I expected for my trading style, and I like that the interface doesn’t feel cluttered. The main thing I’d improve is the account reporting. I can find what I need, but some statements and performance breakdowns take extra clicks and aren’t as straightforward as they could be when I’m trying to review a week of trades quickly. Deposits have been smooth every time. Withdrawals have gone through, but one transfer took longer than I expected (not a huge issue, just something I noticed). Support was helpful when I asked about statement timestamps and they replied clearly within a day.

I’m Omar from Ajman (UAE) and I’ve been using AJ Bell mainly for longer-term positions alongside occasional FX exposure. The platform feels stable and the order flow has been consistent for what I need. Depositing from my side was straightforward and I like that confirmations are clear, but withdrawals/transfers can take longer than I expect, especially around weekends. Support was polite and helped me find the right forms/settings, even though I had to follow up once. Overall I’m satisfied, but I’d rate it higher if the cash movement was faster and the process had fewer steps.
