Clean platform and stable fills, but reporting could be simpler

I’m Kavya Patel from Kolkata and I’ve been using AJ Bell for about 6 months. Overall the experience has been reliable—order placement feels stable and I haven’t had any scary platform freezes during busy market hours. Spreads/fees are generally in line with what I expected for my trading style, and I like that the interface doesn’t feel cluttered. The main thing I’d improve is the account reporting. I can find what I need, but some statements and performance breakdowns take extra clicks and aren’t as straightforward as they could be when I’m trying to review a week of trades quickly. Deposits have been smooth every time. Withdrawals have gone through, but one transfer took longer than I expected (not a huge issue, just something I noticed). Support was helpful when I asked about statement timestamps and they replied clearly within a day.
