New Delhi: Withdrawal raise kiya to bol rahe KYC update karo. Maine already PAN + address proof upload kiya tha, phir bhi same documents dubara maang rahe. Tab se withdrawal hold pe hai. Support reply slow hai aur clear guidance nahi de rahe. Please resolve fast.

Mumbai: I placed a withdrawal request on Monday to my bank account (IMPS/NEFT). It’s been 5 working days and dashboard still shows ‘processing’. Earlier withdrawals were faster (2 days). Support on email is only saying ‘it is being processed’ with no proper ETA. Amount is not huge but delay is frustrating.
