I’m Sara from Al Ain and I’ve been using Alpari for about 6 months on a Standard account. The actual trading side has been solid for me—orders generally go through quickly and I haven’t had random platform freezes during London/NY overlap. Spreads on the majors felt competitive most days, although they do widen around news, so I avoid placing tight stops during high-impact releases. Onboarding/KYC was the only part that felt a little slow. I had to re-upload one document because the photo wasn’t clear enough, and that added an extra day. After the account was fully verified, deposits were straightforward and showed up without drama. Support was polite and clear when I asked about leverage and swap rates, but I did have to wait a while for a reply on a weekend. Withdrawals worked, but my last withdrawal took longer than the previous one, so I’m giving that a slightly lower score. Overall, I’m satisfied and will keep the account as part of my rotation for FX majors.

I’m Mariam from Sharjah and I opened a Standard account mainly to trade EURUSD and gold on MT4. Account verification and platform setup were straightforward and I was trading the same day. Spreads were generally fine during normal hours, but around major news releases I noticed the spread widening more than I expected, so I avoid entering right at the headline. Deposits via card went through instantly and the balance updated without issues. For withdrawals, I did receive my funds, but the processing time felt a bit slow compared to what I’m used to with other apps—there was an extra wait for the back-office review. Support was polite and clear, but I had to follow up once to get an update on my withdrawal status. Overall, it’s been a decent experience for regular trading, but I’d rate it higher if withdrawals were consistently quicker and the status tracking was more transparent.
